The Daily Blu…November 5, 2009

Welcome to another late night edition of The Daily Blu.  Today we find ourselves with an early retail announcement from Universal declaring that the Keira Knightley and James McAvoy drama Atonement will hit Blu-ray shelves on January 26th.  So, are you ready for another Keira Knightley Blu-ray announcement?  Apparently, Universal did not feel one Keira film was enough so they announced a second.  Coming to Blu-ray, at a store near you, also on January 26th is 2005’s Pride & Prejudice.

Sony is going old school Blu-ray on us, bringing back everyone’s favorite action movies of 1993.  Action junkies, make room on your Blu-ray shelves for Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Last Action Hero and Sylvester Stallone’s Cliffhanger coming to your favorite retailer on January 12th.

The last announcement we have is from Lionsgate.  Tyler Perry’s comedy I Can Do Bad All By Myself is slated for a January 12th Blu-ray release date.

Outside of my three lives I live I also enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and our three girls (of the furry kind).
