Cleopatra Entertainment announces the April 7th release of the new horror film Babysitters vs Vamps on Digital Video. A comedy/horror vampire film in the vein of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Babysitters vs Vamps offers a fresh twist on the vampire genre when two young babysitters get caught up in a twisted and deadly plot involving an otherworldly cult. When Lana asks her best friend Michelle to join her for a weekend of babysitting, the two get some uninvited guests. It doesn’t take long before they find out they’re caught in the middle of a sinister plot involving a blood-thirsty vampire cult!
Writer/Director Brian Dorton is mostly known for strange and unusual films like The Trashology Trilogy and Crazy Fat Ethel. Dorton has developed a cult following and has been compared to John Waters, Paul Bartel, and even David Lynch.
