Austin Comic Con 2013: A Few Wizard World Videos & Costumes

Wizard-World-ConAfter covering the craziness that was San Diego Comic-Con this past summer, what a breath of fresh air Wizard World’s Austin Comic Con was.  The people were nicer.  The crowds were manageable and most importantly, tolerable.  And the spotlight was on satisfying you…the paying customer.  As an attendee you were able to check out all the panels you wanted to, interact and move freely around the expansive convention center’s showroom shopping at your favorite vendor’s booth or meeting the artists whose work you adore and were even afforded meet and greet opportunities with some of your favorite movie and television stars of yesterday and today.  I know even as a member of press I took advantage of these aforementioned opportunities and I very much enjoyed and appreciated my time there.  So with that being said…here’s a big cheers to the hardworking pr team that made Austin Comic Con such a success.  I thought it would be great if I could share some of the official Wizard World videos and images of the cosplay costume contest winners with our readers below as well as my choice for number one costume.  Enjoy!

And last but certainly not least…here’s my favorite fan costume I saw at Austin Comic Con.  The little kid even doubled the creepiness factor by waving females over to him.  Once they bent down next to him he would ask if they want to play a game.  Bravo to his parents!

Outside of my three lives I live I also enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and our three girls (of the furry kind).
