Robin Hood Aims at Blu-ray
Well it seems to have been a good dayafter all for me. A movie that’s very near and dear to me has been announced for release on the Blu-ray format. Drums please! Warner Home Video has just announced that they will bring Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves to Blu-ray on May 26th. And that’s not all. It will be the extended cut of the film. I am not sure I ever saw this version. Regardless, I am looking forward to the release of this title with much anticipation. The film will arrive on a BD-50 Blu-ray disc with 1080P VC-1 1.85:1 video and probably a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD surround track for audio. Information on the extras have also been released.
