I’ve been seeing these again in theaters and will be getting this set. I’ve never been a huge Ringer, but I like the films. Still, I don’t think enough attention’s been paid to how much of a big deal the release of this set on Blu-ray is.
Why is it a big deal Aaron, except the obvious…for the fans?
Even as a person who doesn’t love this trilogy, I can say that it should be within the realm of Blu-ray events that would be celebrated by many, given that this is a 15-disc set that contains everything you would want concerning one of the biggest motion picture events of the last few decades. Maybe if all the special features were on Blu-ray as well and not just the actual movies.
I love these films and I think it’s a huge Blu-ray event! There’s 26 hours of extras!!! I wish they were on blu-rays too but still this is an awesome set!!
