‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’ Moves To Blu-ray This March

While it did not end up as a favorite of the year for me, Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom was a commendable effort, thanks to the very good performances from both Idris Elba and Naomie Harris.  Now the film will be available for all, come March 18th.  Here’s some official info:  Nelson Mandela’s extraordinary journey to becoming one of history’s most iconic figures is brought to life in MANDELA: LONG WALK TO FREEDOM.  “Idris Elba powerfully conveys Mandela’s charisma and impassioned dedication” (Claudia Puig, USA TODAY) as a political leader and human rights advocate.
