Written and directed by Martin Zandvliet (A Funny Man, Applause) and featuring Roland Møller (A Hijacking, A Second Chance), LAND OF MINE, set in post-World War II Denmark, explores the relationship between a hardened Danish sergeant and the young German prisoners of war who are conscripted to defuse thousands of land mines from the Danish coast. LAND OF MINE, which is based on true events, was awarded 3 European Film Awards, including Best Cinematographer, Best Costume Design and Best Hair and Makeup and was an official selection at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival and the 2016 Sundance Film Festival.

Synopsis
As World War II comes to an end, a group of young German POWs are captured by the Danish army and forced to defuse and clear 2 million land mines from the Danish coast. With little to no training, the boys soon discover that the war is far from over. Inspired by true events, LAND OF MINE exposes the untold story about the young men who faced overwhelming odds in a post-war world.
LAND OF MINE is written and directed by Martin Zandvliet. Produced by Mikael Chr. Rieks and Malte Grunert. The film stars Roland Møller.
