I have not one… not two…but three new Blu-ray release dates to announce today! Are you ready? The first one is more of a confirmation rather than an announcement so please forgive me if I lead you on. Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has officially announced a January 12th Blu-ray release date for Rob Zombie’s Halloween II. The Amazon pre-order is already up! While we are on the subject of Sony they also announced a January 26th Blu-ray release date for a film titled Soul Power. I cannot attest to knowing much about that film at all.
I am very excited about this next Blu-ray announcement. Anchor Bay made speculation true today when they announced a December 22nd Blu-ray release date for the Dennis Quaid and Ben Foster sci-fi thriller Pandorum. This film is a no-brainer for me to pick up as well as any fan of Alien or Descent.
