Faster Is Coming Fast On Blu-ray

Faster is speeding it’s way to Blu-ray this March.  After spending ten years in prison, Driver (Dwayne Johnson) is  out for revenge for the brutal murder of his brother.  Billy Bob Thorton co-stars in this action packed revenge thriller.  In addition to the action on the screen, this Blu-ray of Faster will also be packed with tons of special features.  Faster smashes onto Blu-ray March 1, 2011.

SYNOPSIS: After 10 years in prison, Driver (Dwayne Johnson) has a singular focus – to avenge murder of his brother during the botched bank robbery that led to his imprisonment. Now a free man with a deadly to-do list in hand, he’s finally on his mission … but with two men on his trail – a veteran cop (Billy Bob Thornton) just days from retirement, and a young egocentric hitman (Oliver Jackson-Cohen) with a flair for the art of killing and a newfound worthy opponent. The hunter is also the hunted. It’s a do or die race to the list’s finish as the mystery surrounding his brother’s murder deepens, and new details emerge along the way hinting that the Driver’s list may be incomplete.

Directed by George Tillman, Jr. (Notorious, Men of Honor, Soul Food) from a screenplay by Tony Gayton and Joe Gayton. Martin Shafer, Liz Glotzer, Tony Gayton, and Robert Teitel produced, with Joe Gayton and Dara Weintraub acting as executive producers.
