In FADING GIGOLO, Murray (Allen) talks his friend Fioravante (Turturro) into becoming a gigolo as a way of making some much needed cash after an out-of-the-blue request from his dermatologist (Stone). With Murray acting as Fioravante’s “manager,” the duo quickly finds themselves caught up in the crosscurrents of love and money.
Millennium Entertainment released the romantic comedy theatrically on April 18, 2014. A box office success, FADING GIGOLO amassed over $3.6 million, making it one of the top ten highest grossing independent films of the year.
