The Daily Blu…August 21, 2009

Well to conclude a whirlwind week of Blu-ray news I only have two topics of discussion today.  First up, Magnolia has announced that they will bring the 2008 BBC film Is Anybody There? to the Blu-ray format on November 17th.  The film stars everyone’s favorite, Michael Caine.  The last item on the agenda refers to an email I got from Amazon today.  It seems that another New Line title has been delayed in September.  The release date for 2003’s The Texas Cahinsaw Massacre Blu-ray has been pushed back to September 29th.  The original retail date was September 8th.  That’s all folks!  Have a Blu weekend!

ONE HECK OF A PROMOTER!!! Also a Dreamer, Producer, Agent of Love, Film Lover, Writer of Screenplays and a Devoted Apostle to all things Ford Mustangs (the real ones with V8's!). Some of my favorite films include FIGHT CLUB, MOULIN ROUGE, THE DARK KNIGHT, STAR WARS alongside television shows such as SEINFELD, 24, SANFORD & SON and even the often loathed in the geek community BIG BANG THEORY. Outside of my three lives I live I also enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and our three girls (of the furry kind).
