One of the most controversial and critically acclaimed films of the year, W., will be released this February from Lionsgate.  The film is about the life story of George W. Bush and is directed by Oliver Stone.  The Blu-ray will be released day-and-date with the DVD on February 10th.  The Blu-ray will feature the usual 1080P widescreen video with a 7.1 DTS HD Master Audio soundtrack.  The rated PG-13 film includes the likes of cast members Josh Brolin, Elizabeth Banks. W., one of the most controversial and critically acclaimed films of the year, will be inaugurated on DVD and Blu-ray Disc this February from Lionsgate. The film, a stimulating true life story about President George W. Bush, is directed by three-time Academy Award® winner Oliver Stone (Adapted Screenplay, Midnight Express, 1978; Director, Platoon, 1986; Director, Born on the Fourth of July, 1989) and stars Josh Brolin (No Country for Old Men) in an “outstanding” (Entertainment Weekly), “electrifying” (Rolling Stone) and “superb” (New York Post) performance as the President. W. also features “an incredible cast” (Larry King) that includes Academy Award® winner Ellen Burstyn (Actress, Alice Doesn’t Live Here Anymore, 1974), Academy Award® winner Richard Dreyfuss (Actor in a Leading Role, The Goodbye Girl, 1977), Academy Award® nominee James Cromwell (Actor in a Supporting Role, Babe, 1995), Emmy® and Golden Globe® winner Jeffrey Wright (HBO’s “Angels in America”), Scott Glenn (The Silence of the Lambs), Elizabeth Banks (Seabiscuit) and Thandie Newton (Crash).
