Just when you thought it was safe to turn off your Blu-ray player, Paramount Pictures is set to release Jackass 3.5 on Blu-ray and DVD this Summer! (April 11, 2011) – Because too much is never enough, the boys from the hit movie Jackass 3D are at it again in JACKASS 3.5 THE UNRATED MOVIE debuting June 14, 2011 on DVD (nationwide) and on Blu-ray (exclusively at Best Buy) from Paramount Home Entertainment and MTV Films.  Crammed full of all-new content, this unrated and uncensored film showcases the legendary crew—including Johnny Knoxville, Bam Margera, Steve-O, Chris Pontius, Ryan Dunn, Jason “Wee Man” Acuna, Ehren McGhehey, Dave England and Preston Lacy—performing never-before-seen stunts, outrageous pranks and other side-splitting antics.  Prepare to cringe, wince and laugh out loud at Steve-O’s up-close and personal encounter with a snapping turtle, Chris Pontius’ wood pecker and stun gun limbo with the whole gang.  Plus go behind-the-scenes and get an inside view of the paranoid life on set, an assortment of ideas that went ridiculously awry, and the successful prank that was finally pulled on Johnny Knoxville.

Additionally, the Blu-ray and DVD boast over 30 minutes of exclusive, never-before-seen footage.  Bonus features include outrageous outtakes and deleted scenes, as well as a look at the origins of the Jackass franchise and footage from the Jackass European tour where the troupe brought mayhem across the pond to England, Ireland and Spain while filming more of their insanely inventive stunts.

The JACKASS 3.5 THE UNRATED MOVIE Blu-ray is presented in 1080p high definition with English 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio and English, English SDH, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese subtitles. The DVD is presented in widescreen enhanced for 16:9 TVs with Dolby Digital English 5.1 Surround and English, French and Spanish subtitles.  The discs include the following special features*:

    Am I the only one who has a problem with them double dipping so soon? At least Stallone waited over a year for Rambo. I don;t know. I hardly laughed watching version 3 so I can’t see myself checking this edition out.

    Brian, this is not part three extended. This is actually a sequel to part three.

    Yeah, this is the rest of what they shot, put into a whole new movie, much like when Jackass 2 came out, and then released 2.5 later on.
